Please note: Our orders are all dispatched fresh so your oysters arrive in the best condition. If you order before 12pm (midday) Monday-Thursday, your oysters will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will NOT be dispatched until the following Monday and delivered Tuesday.

Whitstable Pacific Oysters are cultivated and sustainably harvested by hand in inter-tidal waters at Whitstable Bay, Whitstable, Kent, England.

The name “Whitstable Oyster” is a protected food name with PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) status. The PGI system is a European scheme to help protect foods from there natural source (such as Champagne).
