They are also packed full of Zinc which helps boost the immune system, maintain eyesight and improve brain function. Other essential vitamins and minerals include B12, vitamin C and vitamin B as well as calcium, and iron.

Oysters are also low calorie, low fat foods so you can eat as many as you want!
